Welcome to the second edition of The Insider where I am delighted to say that the first edition was received very favourably. We have appreciated the constructive feedback that has been provided on both our products and services as well as the improvement in communication, so a big thank you to all.
In this edition we also unveil the launching of our brand new Support Portal for Vault. At Vault and as we grow well into our second million of people being managed and protected by Vault, we are very firmly focused on improving our support capabilities so that everything is easy to find and even easier to use for our valued customers.
The Support Portal will complement the tremendous work and effort that has already been placed into revising our product suite over the past six months to make the products more intuitive and simple to use. Furthermore, the Support Portal contains the first of our “Explainer Videos”. These are videos that we have created so you can follow step by step on all of the key functions that our customers use Vault for. We have another twenty of these in production for release very early in 2018.
In addition to the new Support Portal, we have invested in our support team by adding additional people, extending our coverage hours and purchasing great tools for managing work tickets and keeping our customers in the loop. We have listened to the feedback from many of you, and we continue to strive hard to exceed your expectations in service, support and the whole user experience.
Fresh on top of our recent announcement of our ground-breaking win in China, I am excited to announce a major new partner signing. Vault has signed GRC Partners Asia to become a cornerstone partner in South East Asia. GRC is a consulting, technology and software solutions provider and has over 10 years’ experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance management across various industries and is based in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. GRC kicked off the partnership in style with the signing of the largest shopping mall in Malaysia.

The new Vault Support Portal is here complete with a fresh new look. On 18th December the treasure chest that is the Support Portal goes live with a clean easy to navigate interface.
The new Knowledge Base is broken down into the individual Vault modules and is a one-stop-shop combining all our instructional guides, articles, training videos and tools. Now that crucial piece of information is even easier to find.
In another great innovation, Vault 3 will by the end of the year have a smart “Support” button that recognises what Vault modules you are working in and can link you to appropriate Knowledge Base articles based on your search keywords.
We’ve kept all the improved feature request and discussion functionality that you love, enabling us to better deliver on all the suggestions submitted by our users.
And of course this is still your go to place for logging support tickets.

Meanwhile, in South East Asia, Vault is pleased to announce a new major partner signing. Vault has signed GRC Partners Asia to become a cornerstone partner in South East Asia and also potentially assist Vault with its China project plus can provide services across Aust-Asia customers. GRC is a consulting, technology and software solutions provider and has over 10 years’ experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance management across various industries and is based in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Key expertise is in quality assurance, environment, health & safety, sustainability performance management and reporting, enterprise risk management and IT governance.
GRC forms partnership alliances with global technology companies to promote leading technology and software solutions to its’ clients in Asia. GRC’s local consulting, project implementation, post-implementation maintenance & support teams deliver end-to-end services to ensure project success.
Vault is excited to have formed a partnership with GRC. GRC has substantial experience in the risk and EHS sector with numerous customers they work with to manage risk utilising software based solutions. GRC will work with Vault on providing not just the Vault product suite but also will assist with implementation and integration, training and support services.
Vault is also pleased to announce the first signing by GRC of the Pavilion shopping mall located in central Kuala Lumpur. Pavilion is Kuala Lumpur’s largest shopping centre and is owned by the Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust which owns three large shopping malls and one office tower. Pavilion (www.pavilion-kl.com) comprises over 550 outlets comprising retail, banking, supermarkets, restaurants and specialty food stores and is an award-winning complex.
Vault and GRC are rolling out the Company’s mobile suite of products led by VCheck which has been modified to suit Pavilion requests and requirements.
Pavilion is the Company’s first major shopping mall signing and will be a powerful reference cornerstone for other potential opportunities within this sector and complements the Company’s existing retail shopping vertical which includes such names as Ikea, Foodstuffs, Mitre 10, and others.
With the Christmas holiday period rapidly approaching, most of the Vault team are taking time off to enjoy the festive season and recharge the batteries for what is shaping up to be an exciting and undoubtedly busy 2018.
